Randall’s academic qualifications include Bachelor of Commerce, Major in Accounting, from University of Ottawa, and Six Sigma Yellow Belt certification. He is also a certified Microsoft Office Specialist, with Expert certifications in MS Excel and MS Access. Randall is fluent in both French and English.
