Beth Moore is a seasoned finance professional with more than 20 years of experience in full-cycle accounting, financial analysis, and strategic reporting, including over 10 years working with not-for-profits. She specializes in supporting associations, charities, and professional service organizations, helping leaders gain clarity and confidence in their financial decision-making.
Beth has held senior roles across multiple sectors. At Canadian Organic Growers, she restructured financial systems, implemented automation tools, and developed board-ready reporting that supported the organization’s rapid growth. Earlier in her career, Beth served as CFO/VP of Operations at Coldwell Banker First Ottawa Realty, where she oversaw $12M in revenue and delivered profitability improvements through process efficiencies.
Her areas of expertise include automation, audit and compliance, budgeting and forecasting, board and funder reporting, and payroll administration across multiple provinces. She is highly proficient in QBO, Sage, Dext, Plooto, and other leading accounting and reporting tools.
Beth brings a hands-on, practical approach—valued for her responsiveness, attention to detail, and ability to simplify complex financials for boards and executives. She has also contributed her skills to community leadership, serving as VP of Finance for Kanata Minor Hockey Association and currently is on the Board as Treasurer of CBBCA.
Outside of work, Beth enjoys time with her family and her involvement in local community initiatives.
