Lynn Ladd has spent her life and career in Ottawa, earning a degree in Economics from the University of Ottawa, where she graduated cum laude and made the Dean’s List. Her career has always centered on leadership, starting in retail and later moving into financial management as General Manager of a bookkeeping firm.
In 2015, Lynn joined OTUS Group as a Business Development Specialist, working closely with clients and purpose-driven organizations. She later expanded her expertise at the Ottawa Board of Trade, where she served as Director of Organizational Advancement, overseeing operations and gaining firsthand experience with the challenges nonprofit leaders face in finance, governance, and human resources.
In 2024, Lynn returned to OTUS Group as Chief of Staff. In this role, she focuses on growing the business, managing operations, and ensuring clients receive exceptional value and peace of mind.
Lynn’s passion for service extends to her volunteer work. She has been a board member of KLEO for over a decade, supporting education for Indigenous Karen children in Thailand, and previously served as Treasurer for the 211 Ottawa Kiwanis Royal Canadian Air Cadet Squadron.
Outside of work, Lynn enjoys time with her husband, their Labrador retriever, and two rescue cats. They love visiting their three grown children in Calgary and Halifax whenever they get the chance.
