Michael Andriescu is a Chartered Professional Accountant with over 20 years of experience in accounting and financial management. He started his career in the oil and gas sector before moving to the not-for-profit sector. He has worked with organizations with budgetary responsibilities from $5 million to $50 million. Michael has solid experience interacting with boards and with finance and audit committees.
Michael leverages his experience with software implementations to streamline processes and increase efficiencies, deploying tech tools where it makes sense. He enjoys advising senior management to support the completion of transformational projects.
Michael moved to Ottawa from Calgary in 2020 and remains a fan of the Calgary Flames. He is an avid kayaker, always enjoying a paddle on a calm lake.
