Rebecca holds a CPA designation and a Master’s degree in Accounting and Financial Management. She has over ten years of progressive accounting and finance experience, with extensive expertise in the not-for-profit sector. Throughout her career, she has held senior finance leadership roles, including Financial Controller and Director of Corporate Services, where she has led finance, budgeting, audit, payroll, human resources, information technology, and operational functions.
Rebecca has successfully managed complex financial reporting, external audits, government funding compliance, budgeting and forecasting, ERP implementations, accounting system transitions, and internal control improvements. She has worked closely with executive leadership, Boards of Directors, and funding agencies to provide strategic financial guidance and support organizational growth. Her experience includes leading finance transformation initiatives, implementing cloud-based accounting solutions, streamlining financial processes, and overseeing multi-million-dollar operating budgets.
