Francis (Frank) Seguin holds a CPA, CA designation from CPA Ontario, as well as a CPA auditor designation from CPA Québec. He has over 25 years of professional experience advising clients primarily in the not-for-profit and public sectors, including the health care, education, and federal and provincial governments. He has acted in a Chief Financial Officer role for organizations of all sizes, both in Ottawa and based out of Toronto.
Having worked on 4 different continents and 20 countries, his areas of focus include accounting and financial reporting, financial management, taxation, internal controls and systems implementation. Frank has been a Board member of numerous organizations, most notably with Volunteer Canada as Chair, Treasurer and currently as Audit Committee chair, and Chair of the Audit Committee of the Conseil des écoles catholiques du Centre-Est (CECCE).
In his spare time, Frank regularly lectures at both the undergraduate and graduate levels at universities, as well as with seasoned CPAs via CPA Ontario and CPA Quebec. He has also facilitated sessions with the Professional Education Program with CPA Ontario.
