A designated CPA with a Bachelor of Accounting Science degree, Glenna completed her professional education through night school while working full-time and raising her two sons. Glenna began her career in the private sector before transitioning to the non-profit sector 18 years ago, where she discovered a deep alignment between her professional expertise and her desire to contribute to mission-driven work. As a consultant, Glenna specializes in business strategy, financial systems, process improvement, and organizational effectiveness for small to mid-sized non-profits.
