A designated CPA with a Bachelor of Accounting Science degree, Glenna completed her professional education through night school while working full-time and raising her two sons. Her commitment to continuous learning, accountability, and sound financial stewardship has been a constant throughout her career.
Glenna began her career in the private sector before transitioning to the non-profit sector 18 years ago, where she discovered a deep alignment between her professional expertise and her desire to contribute to mission-driven work. This experience strengthened her ability to balance financial discipline with organizational purpose.
As a consultant, Glenna specializes in business strategy, financial systems, process improvement, and organizational effectiveness for small to mid-sized non-profits. She is skilled at assessing finance applications, workflows, internal processes, and departmental structures to identify inefficiencies, clarify gaps, and develop practical recommendations that help organizations operate with greater confidence, clarity, and impact.
