Stephanie Millar is an accomplished financial executive with deep expertise in nonprofit and association finance, strategic planning, and cross-functional leadership. As former Chief Financial Officer at Egg Farmers of Canada, she led integrated teams responsible for finance, audit, statistics, economics, and HR. Her leadership helped shape key national initiatives, including sector-wide Cost of Production studies, complex real estate projects, and the development of an industry-specific insurance program.
Earlier in her career, she held senior finance roles at Fisher Scientific, where she managed treasury operations, Latin American financial reporting, and team supervision. Stephanie holds a CPA designation and a Bachelor of Commerce in Accounting from the University of Ottawa.
